By accessing or using GameCentric, including purchasing or subscribing to any services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Eligibility
By using GameCentric, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract, or you have obtained consent from a legal guardian to do so.
1.2. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase or accessing GameCentric, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other related agreements.
2. Services and Products
2.1. Description
GameCentric offers various gaming-related services, products, and subscriptions, including but not limited to games, virtual items, and premium features.
2.2. Availability
The availability of services and products may vary based on your location and the type of account you hold (Free, Premium or Elite).
2.3. Prices
The prices of services and products are subject to change without prior notice. All payments shall be made in the currency specified on GameCentric.
3. Payments and Billing
3.1. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfers, and other secure payment options.
3.2. Authorization
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the selected services or products.
3.3. Recurring Payments
Some subscriptions may involve recurring payments. By subscribing, you agree to be billed at regular intervals until you cancel your subscription.
3.4. Refunds
Refunds may be granted at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy.
3.4.1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for purchases made on our platform under specific conditions. Eligible items for refund include downloadable content (DLC), and subscriptions purchased directly from GameCentric.
3.4.2. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
We may consider refund requests beyond this timeframe in exceptional cases, subject to our discretion.
3.4.3. Refund Reasons
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized purchases made without the account holder's consent. Relevant proof is to be provided.
- Duplicate purchases of the same item or subscription. Relevant proof is to be provided.
- Any other valid reason that complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
3.4.4. Refund Process

- Provide essential details, such as your account information, purchase details, and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with an update on the status of your refund.
3.4.5. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- A change of mind or personal preference.
- Completion or extensive use of the purchased content.
- Inability to meet the system requirements for a game or content.
- Violation of our terms of service or code of conduct resulting in account suspension or ban.
3.4.6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on the payment provider and bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3.5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or platform.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to GameCentric and its content are owned by GameCentric or its licensors.
4.2. License
By purchasing or using services and products from GameCentric, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use them solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
4.3. User-Generated Content
Any content generated, uploaded, or shared by gamers on GameCentric shall remain their property. However, gamers grant GameCentric a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content.
5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1. Abuse
Any form of abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior on GameCentric, including cheating, hacking, harassment, or exploiting vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.
5.2. Sharing of Accounts
Gamers are prohibited from sharing their accounts or credentials with others.
6. Termination
6.1. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GameCentric, services, or products for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. As-Is Basis
GameCentric and its services and products are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Exclusion of Damages
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of GameCentric or its services and products.
9. Governing Law
9.1. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in UAE.
10. Payout
10.1. Eligibility
To be eligible for payout, gamers must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Gamers must be 18 years of age or older.
- Verified Account: Gamers must have a verified account on GameCentric. Verification may involve providing valid identification and contact information as per GameCentric's verification process.
- Verified Parent: Alternatively, if the gamer is under 18 years of age, a verified parent who is 18 years of age or older can receive the payout on their behalf.
- Valid Bank Account: Gamers (or their verified parents, if applicable) must provide a valid IBAN, paypal account detail to facilitate the disbursement of the payout. The bank account information must be accurate and match the account holder's name for successful payment processing.
10.2. Minimum Threshold
The minimum threshold for requesting a payout is set at $250 USD. Gamers must accumulate at least this amount before they are eligible to submit a payout request. Once gamers have accumulated $250 USD or more, they can proceed to request their payout through the designated payment methods provided by GameCentric.
10.3. Payment Methods
The available options for disbursement, include electronic transfers, PayPal, and bank transfers.
10.4. Processing Time
The estimated processing time for payouts is 14 days, during which eligible gamers' payout requests will be processed and the funds or rewards will be distributed to them. It's important to note that this period may vary based on the specific payout method chosen by the user. Certain payment methods may result in faster or slower processing times due to factors such as banking processes, transaction verification, and other internal procedures. However, GameCentric aims to complete the payout process within the stipulated 7-day timeframe to ensure timely and efficient disbursement to its gamers.
10.5. Fees
A transaction fee of 2% will be applicable to cover currency conversion costs, processing charges, and transfer fees associated with the payout. When gamers request a payout in a different currency from their earnings or GameCentric's default currency, a currency conversion fee of 2% will be applied to the payout amount. Additionally, the transaction fee includes processing charges incurred during the payout process and any transfer fees imposed by payment processors or financial institutions. This 2% transaction fee will be deducted from the total payout amount before the funds are disbursed to the eligible gamers.
10.6. Anti-Fraud Measures
GameCentric implemented a robust account verification process to ensure that all gamers are genuine and meet GameCentric's eligibility criteria. This may involve requesting gamers to provide valid identification, contact information, or other documentation to verify their identity.
By using GameCentric and making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GameCentric regarding the use and sale of its services and products.
